This is a titanium and aluminium anodized high quality ballpoint pen
the design is totally made by artisan in cnc machining and there is no complex mechanisms inside.

The user only need to turn the side tube and the ink refill go up and down by a mechanic and simple movement.

Less is more and the simplicity is the ultimate sophstication in this design
