Thorn's main inspiration was the idea of reflecting lighting with forms that emulate the nature to grow without any size limit. Thorn eliminates dimensional and formal limits and makes lighting installations possible in any dimension and form. Composed of only two different pieces, it offers a limitless diversity of form and a freedom of sizing in lighting design and production. Dynamic structure differentiate it from every angle. This way, it can transform into any size and form in any kind of living space and meet diverse lighting needs. Thorn harmonizes random installations with innovation.

Bio
Yılmaz Doğan who has been involved in manufacturing furniture since his childhood states that the relationship between the place and the furniture channels him to question the form, shape and function of each object. This journey has made him committed to designing and structures with passion. He expresses that the biggest obstacle for designing is the structure and that he studied civil engineering to push that to its limits. Doğan, who combines the engineering discipline with designing, continues to work as the Head Designer in QZENS Furniture & Design of which he became a founding partner.
