The problem is that the very sedentary lifestyle of today‘s modern world has atrophied these natural functions. Feet, constrained in non-ergonomic socks and shoes, have lost much of their performance.
The UYN® FIVE sock with five toes is the first step towards reactivating the foot‘s natural functions. The extreme ergonomics of the toe box allow the toe to move independently, maintain a natural position, and be correctly aligned and spaced. This has beneficial effects on posture, weight distribution and walking/ running biomechanics.
