Perlingstone Momentum Collection 8" Chef Knife

The Momentum 8 inch chef’s knife has a desert ironwood handle and Damascus steel blade. The handle has a unique structure: the wood fits precisely around a steel core, which is optimized for perfect balance. Three mosaic rivets unite the two materials. The blade is made of 67 layers of folded Japanese AUS10 steel for extreme durability and ease of use. The handle shape is designed for a secure grip, facilitating a variety of gripping styles. The knife was optimized in collaboration with a Japanese top chef. The cork inlay of the packaging can be used for presenting and storing the knife.
