Urwahn Engineering has brought the first 3D-printed e-bike into series production. We merge advanced technologies with sophisticated design, resulting in a unique organic frame shape and a multitude of integrated technical refinements. The elastic rear end of our steel frame guarantees flexibility and a unique riding comfort. The Platzhirsch steel frame is manufactured entirely in Germany using metallic 3D printing. The battery is built almost invisibly into the down tube of the Platzhirsch. It convinces thanks to the LED light system integrated in the handlebars and seat post.

Urwahn is a crazy team of lateral thinkers and pioneers, consciously breaking with traditions and thinking outside the box! The name Urwahn is not without reason composed of the terms URban and WAHNsinnig - insane. With an interdisciplinary composition from Designjunkies, CAD-Jongleuren, mark virtuosos, customer magnets, slide rules & code lovers we succeeded in a symbiosis from various authority, which mutually respect and estimate each other. We strive for perfection and live the beauty and simplicity down to the smallest detail.
