Bownce is a simple yet highly effective and cross-generational sports device that combines health, flexibility, fun and community. Even a brief game with Bownce is enough for a training experience that involves all muscle groups, improves coordination, and gives you an energy boost.

The design challenge was to combine all the technical solutions in a small volume of the ball and floor fixture, keep the ball weight under 84 grams, and create a completely new user experience since it is a totally new product for the market.

Bio
Katerina is an industrial design, creative director and explorer.
For the past decade she has worked on award-winning products ranging from consumer electronics, to lifestyle accessories, lighting and more.

Her personal work is in the permanent collection at Moscow Design Museum, and has been exhibited internationally. It was featured at Dezeen, Fast Company, Architectual Digest, Milk Decoration, Ignant, Wallpaper*, Yatzer, Fubiz, Interni, Domus, Mocoloco, Elle Decoration and beyond.
