BUILD collection conveys a criterion of implicit affinity between the titles of the pieces that constitute it and the basic structural elements inherent to the different stages of the construction process.

The design of these jewels establishes an aesthetic link with the lines of force present in the built architectural space that surrounds the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and – simultaneously – a conceptual link of identification with the fundamental ethical principles defended and promoted by this Institution.

Bio
Ana Cardim was born in Lisbon in 1975 and expressed, from an early age, her desire to create jewells that went beyond the borders of mere body adornment. As a designer, Ana Cardim pursues the concept of essential synthesis.

Simultaneously discreet and bold, the jewellery brand by Ana Cardim reflects an attitude of refinement that refers to a temporality that crosses the classic imaginary and the futuristic innovation. Its design follows sophisticated criteria of lightness and formal debugging and bets on an asymmetrical geometry that lends new forms to the the enigma of being a woman.
