Many young people are facing health problems evoked by stress, which are then reflected on their appetite -- emotional stress leads to unhealthy diet, and unhealthy diet in reverse aggravates body condition, causing mental issue. Emo-Eat is for helping people break this vicious circle, build healthier eating habits and keep in good mood.
