A new model sustains Hong Kong's dim sum culture by offering self-service at an unmanned 24/7 shop. Customers select dim sum and quantity using a dim sum dispensing machine. They then go to a self-steaming table to prepare and steam their dim sum. Pre-made dim sum is ready in 10 minutes, ensuring a quick and delicious experience.
