Girls Find Girls is a mobile app for females to research industry by female presence. Lacking of female representation is one of the reasons females not choose certain industries, even if they are passionate about it. Traditional career reports can be biased by gender. It requires deep knowledge and a great amount of time to dig out female-centered career insights. This app seeks to leverage on data, advanced insights and woman organizations to help young girls and adult females to see the industry through their own perspective.
Bio Yingxiao is a product designer with 6 years of experience in B2B data platform design. She is currently the lead designer in OYYX Design studio. She aims at providing helpful information for people to make better decisions at life and at work. Design attracts her in its ability to unlock human potential and connect people together.
