Motiv

Motiv is a supportive tool designed to assist excessive social media users effortlessly navigate their attentions and manage their behaviours. We proposed a solution to this debatable issue from motivational and decision-making perspectives. By posing a simple query, “Why are you here?”, Motiv unveils the underlying mechanisms of social media addiction and establishes transparency for vulnerable users such as juvenile users. This trigger seeks to awaken the user’s sense of self-reflection and direct them to make decisions in a deliberate manner.
