Modern people's demand for electronic life is increasing, which also leads to the brain in a state of excitement for a long time, there is no way to quickly enter the state of rest, I found that occasionally listening to "white noise" is one of the ways that many people choose to relieve stress. Good sleep is a versatile sleep aid that combines sound, ambient lighting, and an aromatherapy humidifier to make you feel better at rest with the sound, smell, and hearing.
