Aahmi is a shoe insole designed for pregnant women, providing support for arch height and addressing arch collapse due to weight gain. Pregnant women typically gain 30-45 pounds, which can reduce arch support, leading to foot pain and instability. This increases the risk of sprains and falls, posing health risks to both mother and fetus. Aahmi insoles feature a dynamic airbag system that adjusts with weight changes, offering elastic support for collapsed arches. This continuous support alleviates pain and improves stability, helping pregnant women navigate their pregnancies safely.
