Sonorous is a wearable device that aids colic, the leading cause of death, in horses. This device employs heat and vibration to provide comfort, and lower stress levels in a horse experiencing a painful episode. Sonorous utilizes health monitoring technologies to gather data on the physiological stressors a horse experiences, as well as movement and position of the horse during an episode. Sonorous is worn around the midsection and utilizes velcro fasteners. It houses four therapy modules that are positioned to target crucial areas on the horse's abdomen.
