Alo Moves, the at-home fitness app, expands into physical studios with Alo Rooms. Accessible via the app, these private spaces offer customizable yoga experiences. Users can book, personalize, and access studios with a QR code, while a smart mat provides biofeedback and posture support. A virtual instructor named "Alo" guides sessions through a smart mirror, offering personalized recommendations. This fusion of technology and in-person practice makes yoga accessible and promotes mindfulness post-pandemic.
