Stockholm is a new take on the heavy duty staple gun. With advancements underway in battery technology, the form is derived from speculation on how power tools will evolve with the absence of a large external battery pack. Additionally, the design is catered to the home user as a smaller and less aggressive approach to heavy duty power tools. Finally, the form of Stockholm is unique in that it is intended to brace the users wrist while retaining the typical form of a staple gun. The intention is to maintain a sense of familiarity while making it harder to direct the tool at the user.
