High work engagement should be a balance between reasonable independence and social connection.It could enhance employees'collaboration and satisfaction to their work.However,poor work engagement is ignored by a lot of companies and causes huge losses unconsciously.
Coffee culture offers people a chance to refresh mind,also,an opportunity to socialize and collaborate.Inspired by that,with the advantage of higher accessibility and circulation,coffee sleeves can be developed into a system to fit different office situations, managing to bring some simple,fun and warm items to our work life.
