"Double scissors" is a universal scissors that can be used by both right and left hand users. For the left-handed users, they live in the right-handed world. Most products are designed for right-handed users, and a few designers design for left-handed users. But I think for both left and right-hand users can use one pair of scissors together to improve the versatility of scissors and give different users the same tolerance in the public environment.
It is a pair of double-edged scissors. You only need to switch the direction of "blade" to achieve left-right switching.
