The Artisan Vinegar is a DIY kit for making NG fruit into vinegar. Consumers can choose ugly or perishing fruits at the supermarket produce section or small farmers' markets and the vinegar flavor they like.The glass bottle can be brought to the sales outlets for recycling. Food waste is minimized, and sustainability is promoted.The glass bottle of the Artisan Vinegar is made of commonly recycled brown glass by the bubbling process, and the shape of a bamboo ladle conveys the reminiscence of traditional vinegar making.The bubble pattern on the bottle echoes the bubbles of vinegar fermentation.
