Children and adolescents’ lifestyle behaviors, such as physical activity have been drastically impacted due to prolonged school closures and home confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic leading to sedentary behaviors, eventually leading to increased risk of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease in children. Stride is a build and play toy for kids between the age group of 4-10 that helps kids improve logical reasoning, problem-solving, interpretation, decision making, muscle strength, bone strength, stamina, and agility through repeated climbing up and down motion and included puzzle.
