Bubblizer

To provide an opportunity for people to feel a collective effervescence and connection to their wider community, we built a public installation called The Bubblizer. Its goal is to evoke joy in a group of people by encouraging collaboration in a public space. As the name suggests, the installation requires a collaborative effort by the participants to generate bubbles. The more people that stand on the platform the more bubbles are produced. We rely on the bubbles to be a joyful surprise to uplift people and attract more participants, ultimately creating a scene for collective effervescence.
