Animals are often infested on country highways and endanger drivers' lives. Many existing methods of repelling animals have caused disturbance to the ecological environment. Without changing the original ecological environment, letting the deer avoid the danger of highways is the most effective solution.

Lookouts, with the concept Internet of Things, guide the deer with the predators’ sounds without affecting their original situation of life and integrating into the environment, creating a more ecological living environment and safe driving environment not only for drivers but also for deers.
