The Intelligent Wearable Sports Recovery System is a portable, multifunctional, and programme-customizable system that is designed for elite athletes (and people with musculoskeletal disorders). Besides individual cold and heat treatment, the system also provides rapid temperature-contrast therapy with simultaneous compression to accelerate the body's lactic acid metabolism, alleviate fatigue, and help muscles recover quickly. This design improves the treatment efficiency, hygiene, and portability issues of traditional bath therapy and temperature-controlled therapy apparatus.
