The Saber Competir Tool project arises as a response to a need in the sports field, to improve the emotional well-being and mental health of athletes and coaches. Saber Competir Tool is an online tool for self-evaluation of the psychological preparation of the football player and the emotional management of the team by the coach, with an impact on the mental health of both. Therefore, TANDEM, aware of this demand, proposes the design and development of Saber Competir Tool as an innovative, pioneering, agile, attractive, easy to use, accurate and effective online platform.
